Veranda Residence offers breathtaking views up to 155 metres above sea level. Albania has a total of 16 national parks, 5 protected landscape areas and 4 nature reserves. One of them, Kunë-Vain-Talë-Patok-Fushëkuqe-Ishëm, is located quite close to the town of Shëngjin.
70% of the territory is mountainous
Albania is mostly mountainous, with the highest mountain, Mount Korab, reaching 2 764 metres above sea level. Less than a third of the territory consists of coastline and lowlands. The slope is one of the main features of the Dukagjini Resort.
Albania delights with a mild climate all year round. Average winter temperatures stay above 10 °C, and the sea stays around 15 °C. Summer brings sunny days with 32 °C on the coast and sea temperatures up to 26 °C.
